You have the ability to cancel your own booking, the link is in your email confirmation, where your name and tour information is located (top of email), If you are canceling well ahead of the cancellation policy we do not require you to tell us why you need to cancel, clicking the link in your email is quick and easy. A FULL REFUND is available if the cancellation occurs 48+ hours prior to your arrival date – all sales are final if you book within a 48hr window of the tour date.
